We've tried to summarize our general rates here but we understand that each guest may have special requests that they need us to take into consideration.  If you have any questions or would like to discuss your specific requirements, please do not hesitate to call or email us.  We're here to help.

For parties of 8 or more guests:

• Weekly (7 nights):  $3,350 Cdn

• Weekend (2 nights):  $1,725 Cdn

• Additional nights:  $525 per night Cdn

For parties under 8 guests:

• Weekly (7 nights):  $2,175 Cdn

• Weekend (2 nights): $1,125 Cdn

• Additional nights:  $345 per night Cdn

*A 15% surcharge is applicable for holidays and long weekends.  If you are renting the house outright, a 2 night minimum is required (3 night minimum for long weekends).

*Rates do not include a refundable damage deposit ($200 house only - $500 house & event) or the required cleaning fee ($150).
